We have created a charitable organization to forward the causes of hope, awareness, treatment, early detection, and research toward a cure for Pancreatic Cancer.  The organization’s objectives are as follows:

2)       Mitigate administrative expenses

3)       Cover reasonable salaries and expenses related to our activities

4)       Provide health, life, disability etc. insurance to it’s employees

5)       Provide personal financial and liability protection to principals and volunteers

The activities that we will engage in will include but not be limited to:

1)       Speaking engagements

2)       Fund raising activities

3)       Raffles / Auctions

4)       Independent film and media productions

5)       Attendance and or exhibitions at motorcycle rides, rallies, and trade shows

6)       Motorcycle ride and rally promotion

7)       Creation of regional and national rides and or rallies

8)       Develop sponsorship

9)       National awareness tours

10)   Advocacy / Lobby

 

All funds not used in administrative activities will be donated to charities designated by the board that meet the following conditions:

1)       Meet a high standard of financial responsibility, e.g. charity watch rating, etc

2)       Have a high probability of producing change in the organizations stated objectives and activities

Organization reserves the right to change beneficiary charities to provide direct funding to research and or activities that the board considers crucial to furthering the cause.
