Phase one - 50 State Ride
(Yeah we know we have to fly to Hawaii)
Chris will ride to all 50 states on a motorcycle
and
Jennifer will drive "Big Purple" a Purple fifth wheel toy
hauler. Replete with pancreatic cancer message,
sponsor logo's, and "Paint me purple" color awareness message.
We will be hard to miss rolling through your town even if
it's Manhattan, Chicago, or LA . It is our
goal to make a documentary about living with cancer
and what it means to fight the disease from a grassroots
perspective. We will be visiting pancreatic cancer
survivors, caregivers, volunteers, grassroots activists,
policy makers, oncologists, medical centers, local and
federal legislators, carrying a petition, and visiting
motorcycle events.
Phase two - Tour of Motorcycle Rides and Rallies
After completing the 50 state tour we will attend various
rides and rallies around the country with a "Book mobile"
educating and rallying support for pancreatic cancer.
We will attend Motorsports events all over the country using
"Big Purple" and the bike as a centerpiece to attract
attention to our cause. Pancreatic cancer education
materials, and website connectivity, as well as videos will
be available.
Phase Three - National Ride
It is our goal to create national reoccurring rides in
all 50 states.
